SoundCard Production 2012- Inspiracion II

Urgh! I've been so busy that I've not blogged for more than a week!! Oh dear oh dear!! I need to keep my blog running! Okay okay. Anyway 2 days back, I was part of SoundCard Production! Initially I was kinda reluctant to join in as an alumni because of my already crazy work schedule and other stuff and time wasted in travelling all the way to yck. But well, I guess it was all worth it. I shall explain why later! Heee!

I'm glad to reunite with the Sc committee members 2009 :) The times spent with them was everything to me in my poly life.

I just can't stop laughing being with them... Will I join next year? Well, if they do! But I also don't mind just sitting down as an audience! Hmmm, I thought that overall this year's was more interesting compared to last year's! Good job guys! Sigh, if only we had the chance to plan for a production during our time.

The alumnus thus far :D

I believe that SoundCard will be a very successful and established club in the future and I would be so very proud to say that I was from the pioneer(sort of) batch. Like in StageArts, some of them have become someone in the media/arts scene. I hope people from SoundCard will be like that(we already have a couple of people making their way there), including me!!

I kinda gained something by joining this production because during the first meetup, someone asked me to sing for Sinfonia this year. Who would have thought that I would sing solo/a duet with an orchestra. It's like performing an aria. Hehehe. I'm singing a very tricky song but I really hope that I can pull it off on the actual day. I'm blessed to have this chance to perform and I'm working really hard for it! I always look forward and appreciate the trainings.

Too much, that I kinda neglected my own singing lessons. Yeah, this week's lesson to me was quite bad. After the whole lesson, my head was just looking down wherever I went. Urgh urgh! I hate it! Okay, I better start scheduling in my book when I should practice at home and all. I hope it'll be better now that Sc production is over.

I will share my weakness in singing soon!!! I always like to realise my mistakes/weakness! It will train me to be a better singer and my teacher said that a good singer knows how to listen to himself/herself!!!

The next few weeks will be better!! I can do this!

Busy again!

Time passes so quickly when I'm busy!! It has already been a week since I blogged :/ 2 photos to share!!! :D

Had Sc production photoshoot (yay)! There's always a reason why I like to be involved in performances!! I can dress up and be pretty! Wheeeee!

I was feeling sucky that I could not join the girls to celebrate Jia's birthday! But I'm glad I made it after work!!! Whooooopeeee! :D

A couple more of things to settle before I nap!!! It's gonna be 2 long nightssssssssssss!

My Wishlist

I have been waiting for forever for June to come! Why? Because it's bonus month!! Yay! So sad that I didn't get anything last year as I was still under probation. But I shall not look back! Bonus here I come!

So with the money earned, I have decided to get these items ONLY after it comes in :D

1) Baby-G watch!!! Super chio!

2)Wedges- I have yet to decide what colour, type, height. But most importantly, it has to be comfortable!

3) A black bag. To kinda replace my brown Carpisa bag. Yes, I still use it often, but for now, I need black so that it'll be easier for me to match! :D

4) I have been using 2-way cakes all along. I might want to try out liquid foundation!

5) Studio condenser microphone! Currently I'm looking at this AT2020! It has pretty good reviews! With this, I can do tons of song recordings! It will make me make more music! And I can invite my friends to do recording too! Fun!! I'm actually a noob. But thankfully Dad knows abit when I asked him! Whee!! I can't wait!

Ok, I have been dreaming too much! Time to do proper serious work tomorrow morning!!!

Fun is over!

Okay, my 3 off days are OVER! It's back to work!! I'm pretty scared actually. So many rehearsals and practices. Urgh! But THAT'S MY LIFE AND I LOVE IT!!! Hehehee. Anyway, I kinda forgot to blog about the Teal Party @ Zouk I went on Thursday night! Lazy to elaborate but I invited SiShi, Acelyn and MingShun!! Thanks to them, my colleagues know that I'm happening :P

It was my first visit to Zouk! Nice decoration they have!! Hope to club there next time! If I ever have the chance :D

My senior consultant!! Woo! And oh, my consultant(male) did pole dancing in one of the segments. SO FUNNY!!!

My MSW, Cheryl!! I love her character so much!! Hehehe! Can't wait to work with her even more during the Cancer Survivor Dinner!(which reminds me that I have another event to work on... URGH!)

So today I managed to record my song(yay) and there! A camwhore moment! :D I always love it when the light shines into my room!

My vanity area revamped! Pretty right!!!!! But sigh, still not enough space!

I was contemplating yesterday if I should get a lipstick/lipgloss even though I HARDLY use them. And look! I HAVE SO MUCH OF THEM! :/ Okay, I better stop buying unwanted things!

I need to write more songs!! :)

Shooping!

This week has been more relaxed for me because of my 3 off days. It scares me sometimes actually. Like after a good break I might be bombarded with heavy workload when I go back to work. ANYWAY, I went shopping with SiShi and Acelyn yesterday! It was fruitful because I spent so much money!

Bought rings!! But one will never have enough of rings. I WANT MORE!!!

First stop was Bugis, the FarEast Plaza, where Acelyn had to leave for work.. So, which leaves SiShi and I at the streets of Orchard!

From FarEast Plaza we went to Somerset 313 and finally our last stop was The Cathy!! It was already dark by then... But there were lights from the ERP gate! Hehe! They were as bright as stage lights!!

A glimpse of "heaven". Hehehe.

I initially had the thought of blogging out the items I bought but I guess I don't have the drive for it so too bad! I'm not meant to be a haul-sharer!

Oh no oh no! I better get to my singing homework!!!! I'M SO SCARED OF MY TEACHER!! Heehee.
