Tired week ahead even though it's over!

I'm finally done with a busy week of Ren Ci performance, NYP musical audition and D&D!

But it's not over cos it's my birthday week(hehe). So I'm gonna have a couple of dates! Heehee! And on top of that, NIGHT SHIFT TONIGHT! URGHH!

And it's also not helping when the research department requires the pre-advanced diploma students to complete some research quiz @_@

D&D was awesome... Felt good performing and I hope that everyone was entertained. I must say that it was hard competing against the other groups cos I was the only solo item. But I got 2nd anyway :/ I really wanted to get first(omg so over confident). The winning group had so many supporters and almost everyone dropped the voting cards into their box. So from there, I kinda expected that I would not get first. OH WELL! To encourage myself, I told myself that the groups had to meet up, arrange their time, find venue for their practice. But I only practiced my song in the bus on the way to work, or just in front of my computer. I only thought of the movement the night before and the monologue 2 hours before the dinner! HAHA! Anyway being in the finals was already a blessing because I had fun performing!

The 4 of use stayed over at MBS and it was fun! Though I thought it was stupid to go out and return to the hotel only at 3am. We should have just relax in the room and talk! My wrong!!!

Went home and dumped my luggage before going out again to meet my dears! Early birthday celebration for me. Hehe. I just feel very blessed with these good friends!

Dear God, thanks for always reminding me how blessed I am :)

Was looking through my Mom's old photographs and I think she really looks beautiful! I don't really know how to define 'beautiful' but I simply think she is :)

And I also love her clothes. Sigh, why isn't her taste in clothes the same now? :\

I'm abit worried actually, that I would look fat and ugly when I grow older.

Caught this musical with Victoria last night. I somewhat heard about it but bought the tickets only after my friend who was part of the team prompted me to go :P But nah-uh... Didn't regret a single bit!!

Watching this musical actually reminded me of my onco psy patients. I love them so, so, so much actually(if they don't disturb us for food :P). I don't know, maybe people generally are scared of them? Initially I was, until I had my IMH posting. Come to think of it, I wonder how I managed to just sit/roam in a room full of male psy patients. But after that experience, you can say that I have looked at them in a different way. Imagine all the pain they been through. I'm glad that this musical portrayed the lives of psy patients really well.

The amazing cast!!!! All their vocals were amazing, but I particularly loved Sally, Julia and Juan Jackson's voice! I love the story. Was kinda mind-****ed after 30 minutes of the show. The set was so good because of the tiers and different levels. The music was difficult, as described by my friend. But sadly, the songs aren't rememberable. Overall, I still love it!

I not good in commenting in shows I've watched, I've realised. I just sit there and enjoy myself. But I wanna say- If you have not watched it, please go watch!!! The show ends 22 Sep!!
