my diet

This has been my lunch for the past week. It's pathetic to me. But it's for the sake of saving money! :DPathetic face with pathetic food.

Tomorrow, my Dad's going to the office so lunch will be on him! Hooray! Actually, it's not that my mom does not give me money. But I wanna save it up! But I dont mind treats from people! :P

Met Mom and we went to Chinatown for some shopping and dinner! Took advantage for her. HAHA -__- Wait till I earn real money, and I'll give it all back, just like Sishi, she's so sweet! Sharing her money with her family! :D

The peanut paste was nice. BUT THE BEANCURD WAS HORRIBLE!! IT TURNED BADDD! There was a sourish saltish taste. Never will we eat in that shop again. YUCK. This shop is lucky that I didnt get any stomachache, hey, means my stomach is strong! :D

I always feel so jealous when I see people around me speaking dilect to their grandparents. Too bad I didnt have the chance, knowing how to speak my dilect only after they passed on. These are the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen.

Acelyn's Birthday

Today, had a belated birthday celebration of Acelyn! 18 years old liao! Can learn to drive. Sorry, I'm obessed. Hahaha. Ok, photo time!

Hmmm, I just wanna say that I really enjoyed spending time with you girls! At least you all are a bunch of people who will enjoy and not really get offended at my blunt jokes... You girls exercise my mouth too, by allowing me to talk more. Hahaha!

random update

The lovely cell group I belong to! Thanksgiving party aka Phoebe's birthday celebration at my old house!! Function room. If only I had a huge house...
I would be sleeping in a sleeping train while travelling from London to Scotland. My brother took it before so he recommended it to me. Cheapcheap.. 19pounds. Gonna sleep there for 7 hours! AHH! I didnt know my brother love to take photos of himself! He'll kill me for sure if he sees this. But he won't! HAAH! I miss him anyway! Gonna see him in 24days!! WOO!
Just heard news from my dad that my boss is kind of pleased with me! "He said you worked hard - and even stay late helping Erica and if you go on leave, the whole office will feel your absence." Hmmm the point is... I dont like rushing off. It is a must to completing a certain task given to do! :D I learnt this from banquet. I know I should not be mentioning but ang pow bigbig! Let's hope I'll stay long enough to go for the company Chinese New Year dinner too! Urgh, guess I'm slowly getting commited to OTTO Marine liao. The problem is, Marine or Nursing? :/

Ok, this is the view from the office I work in. High class eh. Must be very expensive to rent or buy this place. I watch fireworks from the stadium once. Beautiful! Nice place to jump off too. KIDDING.Slacked for about 3 hours at Pacific Coffee sometime just before Christmas. Not forgetting, NICOLE! One day I would ask her to stop acting cute in front of me. LOL. I was telling most of my friends that I miss BBSS badly. Therefore, I WILL RETURN and no one can stop me :D Beware, I'm going to throw all my weapons out already. Get ready for Maria! MUAHAHA. life as a working adult

Well, today was my 1st day in an office! Suntec office somemore! Got to expirence how a normal working adult works. The places like buses, lifts and the walkways were not as crowded as I thought, or maybe because I was slightly early.

My job was to sort out purchase orders and send them out but putting them in envelops. A tedious job I must say, but who cares when you get to sit down and stay in an air-con room? :) The 10 hours felt like 4 hours to me! I was so focused that I didnt even want to eat or drink any water!

As I was working, I was recalling exactly 1 year ago where my class, 5N1 would be always cheering when the prinicipal make the first-day-of-school speech, talking crap in class, rushing down to the canteen for recess, scaring the Sec1s and many more naughty stuff! Really, really miss those times. How I wish a time machine could be made...

But anyway the good thing about not having school is that I can relax all I want when I get home and need not bother about any homework! Well, I need to have changes not. Cannot always dwell in the past. I believe that my Poly days will be even better! But of course I'll miss all my sec school friends. Can't wait to see every single one of them during the release of O level results!

Guess I need to bathe and prepare to sleep! 28 more days!!!

tired

Basically spent my 1st few hours of 2008 at Sentosa's Palawan Beach. I had a wonderful company.. Sishi, Violet, Vicky, ShaoYu, Carlos, ShengJie and WeeCheak. I very much wanted to sleep on the beach after counting down. But it was soooooo cold! Mind you I was wearing only shorts and a normal T-shrit! Haha, it was an endurance test to survive in the cold for 8 hours and I'm glad I survived!

Our first bite in 2008! Subway cookies. LOL.The sun was up already. Still colddddd!Me and SiShi also had our 1st meal together. Which was cup noodles! Haha. It was really a great time. We sat on the bridge most of the time where is would be bouncing up and down as people walked past.

Then, my parents picked my up and brought me to have breakfast at Red Star! Lovely! Chicken feet and century egg. Yum!My dad trying to be funny.

Then we went to Mustafa for some shopping. I was so tired that I found something to lean onto and closed my eyes. But afterall, we got home. And I went into a deep sleep.

When I woke up, we went to Harbourfront to see Dad off and then to cousin's house to pass Teddy something! Teddy! We're all gonna miss you! :)

And then here I am, back at home getting myself ready for work! It's gonna be my 1st day, just like going to school. I sure miss the BBSS days. So that was how my New Year's Day was spent! Indeed an event that will stay in my heart forever!
