Mizu~

Mizu is such a charmer. I'm very attracted to him. Hehehe.

Urgh, why doesn't my mother allow me to keep cats?! Ok, I know why. I have a messy room. And no matter how well I maintain, I still can't get a cat! Anyway, I got a new toy yesterday!!!

I realise that I'm REALLY an impatient learner. I just get frustrated with the limited stuff I can play with it, and I'm not perfect at it. I remember when I was learning how to play a guitar, at one moment, I suddenly totally knew how to play it. I hope I will be the same for the djembe. When I practice, I will just get IT out of a sudden!

You see, these are distractions that makes me stop studying. Seriously, I should start NOW!

Study mood, please come to me!

After returning to Singapore, I only had a good Thursday to rest and there, back to my usual busy activities. Urgh, I need more free hours everyday to study! So What did I do?

Received Pastor Darren from Bandung! Always amazing to listen to his funny stories.

Attended cell group meeting!!! Phoebe's always the best! :D

Went for _________ choir practice and service!! Got to hang out with Vanessa! This was taken before service. I realise it's good to take more photos before serving for choir because I don't have many better(does not imply that i am good looking in the first place) looking photos of myself. HAHAHA!

Yup, it is Saturday already and my next week is more or less scheduled with stuff already! Sometimes I envy people like PeiQing and LingLi (a shoutout to you guys!!!!) because they can tell me that they really rot at home!! :/

Okay, I need to set aside THREE (3) hours to study a day, starting from tomorrow onwards! I need discipline to study and do my crunches! Sorry Phoebe, today my back and stomach hurts badly so I give today a rest okie?! Hehehe. Tomorrow I'll do 70! :D

I tried so hard to stop, but I can't...

I have an awesome brother because...

he was featured in the newspaper!!!!!! So proud of him! Malcolm, don't give up. The next time will be the television!!! See his big fat name MALCOLM BOEY under his big fat face. Ahhhh. He's coming back soon! I can't wait to see him!

And he sends a photo of himself with a purchase he had. Awwww. So sweet of him. Thanks bro!

Mission Trip - Emerge Camp in LC!

Hi there! You guys must be wondering what I did in my very first mission trip. Basically, the team was there to inspire the youths in the church there to step out and be creative! And I believe they were!!! More than that, I managed to experience a breakthrough personally. Doing all these things were actually beyond my capabilities.

We're the 3rd and the last batch!! The team had 29 people!

On departure, I had a really bad headache. So bad that I felt nauseous! At that moment I was so so afraid that I would be sent home. But thankfully, I tahan-ed all the way!!! Not really seeking empathy but at the end of the camp, I suddenly thought of this moment... If I had went back home, I would have missed out on all the great things that happened!

We arrived really late at night. The next day, we went to their church and met up with the leaders of the church. They were so nice too! Celebrated Victoria, our team leader's birthday!

We were invited to perform an item for the children's church. So what else did we do?? Hi-5's Ready or Not!! The dances were great!! We managed to finish practising within an hour!

I LOVE the children's church there. So touched to see how open and excited the children always are. When I grew up in Sunday school, all these things did not happened :(

It was the time of the month. So they celebrated the birthdays of the children as well! :) And Victoria was included. Hahaha.

We also attended their young adult service on Saturday and 2 adult services on Sunday!!! Sheryne, my awesome friend shared her great testimony!! I was moved to tears everytime. Heehee.

After the last service on Sunday, we went over to the campsite!! I was a 2 hour drive, on the mountain. Cooling place! And the campsite is GREAT!! When we reached, the advance party were already there doing games with the campers!

At night, we had a great first session!

The next day of the camp, we conducted workshops for the campers. Like Shoe painting, fashion/modelling, percussion and drama. Of course, I was part of drama!!! Heehee. It was AWESOME because the campers really stepped out and tried the new and different things.

At night, we had the talent show and the 2nd night session!! As always, great sharing from Pastor Darren!!

Then, we had a camp fire!!! We were served corn too! YUMMY!

The next morning we had the final session. Sang "When You're Gone"... Emo song. Hahaha.

After the whole camp, we went to have head and shoulder massage!! It was good! For dinner we met the leaders. It was a great fellowship!

Last day we went to Mangga Dua from lil shopping. Didn't managed to buy much. Heh.

Phoebe was so nice to be there at the airport early! :D I love her!!

Phew!!!!!!!!! It was a great mission trip!!! I LOVE INDONESIA!

Have you even been in a situation that people are just giving you the opportunities, yet you just feel that you can't do the job well? I mean, I know I'm not a person who has extremely low confidence. But I'm just thinking logically. If I can do it well, it really needs to be something more than what I am right now.

If it's planned by God, well, maybe I am supposed to discover that I can do it? And I hope I can. I don't wanna screw it up :/

Anyway something whacky! Malcolm has been super hysterical about the lil surprise gift he got for me. I mean, he told me that we got me a secret gift on Sunday and today, he revealed the gift to me. And he was supposed not to tell me anything until he returns. Oh well, one thing for sure, he is horrible at keeping secrets.

Major headache of FYP is almost done! I don't know why, I tell people that I am finished with FYP (yes, my fyp presentation) but here am I still struggling to complete the hard copy submission. I totally would have nothing to say if I got lower than a B+ for FYP :/

I can't wait till November where I will have my TP! I'm really gonna drive so carefully that I will pass on my first try. I must I must! I want to drive!! Too bad, school will be over by then. It will be so cool driving pass the walkway outside school where you see the pathetic students walking all the way from the MRT station. But I can hear the late nights calling out to me once I can drive! :D
