To-do List

Here's a list of things I wanna do after my PRCP and before I start work :)

1) Donate blood
Tried donating on Thursday, but they said I had low Hb level. DARN!!! Proud to say that I've donated 10 times! :D And I have also done blood transfusion for my patients!

2) Go walk around MacRitchie and explore the paths
Wanted to do that for a LONG time. But I didn't find time to do so. Now with a car, hehe. I guess it's easier to travel there too! :P I can shed some fats at the same time! Go alone or with someone? That's if I can actually find someone who is willing to go with me. Hehe.

3) To sing and play "King of Anything"
I can already play, but I can't coordinate my hands and singing. But still, practice makes perfect! I CAN DO IT AND I AM AWESOME!! :D

4) Give my room a major makeover
More of like clearing the books and stuff that I don't need anymore. The more I keep things, the more clutter there is :/

Ok, btw I would only have a week to complete all these things. Means my holiday is only a week long?! :O

4 more days!

Yes, 4 more working days, to be exact!!!! Gonna face the moment of truth soon. I seriously I won't get a 'C' for my PRCP :( NEVERMIND! Anyway skills and all that are 30%, but your work attitude blah blah is worth 70% so everything should be fine? Heeee. But yeah, tomorrow I will know the result of where I will end up in (i hope is ward 43. i mean, 99% should be ward 43. heee) Then at least I'll be looking forward to go back rather than being scared all over again about the new colleagues.

What I'm looking more is that I can have a holiday! I need not work for a month! Hohoho!!

Right now, my room has a djembe, a bass guitar, an acoustic guitar, a ukelele and keyboard!! It's like a mini music room!! Looks like I really need to reserve a room to just make music in my future home!! I don't mind sleeping in my living room~ Hahaha.

I was learning some songs on the keyboard! Not easy! I realise my left and right coordination is really poor! I also lack patience. Hahaha. But nevermind, I'm learning slowly! :) I just love my ears. Heeeee.

Ok, I shall try to sleep even though there is a very noisy dinner and dance opposite my block.

The Last Lap

Wow, I've really come this far. Since 6 Dec 2010 until now. I'm left with 6 more working days in Ward 43! But yesterday was one of the most horrible day ever. You know I really hate all these lab results thingy(cos i am poor in memorising numbers) and apparently all the patients under my care had lab results to trace. So I was passing and the low confidence just struck me while passing halfway. I hate those moments where everyone would be keeping quiet, while I had to stammer my way through. I guess my SSN saw my flaw and she verbally reminded me to buck up. Haha. What made things worse was that my preceptor was busy doing something else so no one was there to save me. Boohoo.

I kinda rushed home after work too and began to realise that there were certain things I didn't complete before going home. I hate that guilty feeling @_@

Well, I hope all the negative records are erased from the staff's mind. Going for my night shift soon! If I'm not wrong, there should be full house. Good luck to me!

Anyway yesterday night the music team had an awesome time of jamming! Ahh, makes me love harmonising once again. If I ever strike 4D or Toto, I'm so gonna build a jamming studio then we could just jam all night long! If only.... Hahaha.

The only thing I'm looking forward to now are my weekends! Great meet up with friends and other stuff to do! Wheeee! :)

Reminder to self: Exactly next week would be my last day at work!! WHOOOOOHOOOO!

Too Much To Take

I had really a sleepless weekend. But at least the memories will stay in my heart forever :)

Firstly, Jing departed Singapore on Saturday morning. Gonna miss eating all the unhealthy food with her :(

Life United's first service was amazing! I can't believe we can do all the great things with just the limited number of people and resources we have. All thanks to God for being the main provider! Indeed, without Him, the things we do are of no purpose. I'm really looking forward to the upcoming months to come! Everything's gonna be great!

Vanessa's wedding was definitely a touching moment for me.

And I shall pen down the rest of my thoughts in my diary :) Time to sleep!!

PRCP

The PRCP students of Ward 43! :) Wathi is leaving already :( But it's 2 more weeks for PeiWen and myself!!! AND WE SURVIVED! YESH!

And Miss Ang Ying Zhi!! Note: I was trying to strangle her. Ok just trying to be funny :/

Sigh I hate my hair when I work. Is there any other way I can keep it really neat and look hawt in my nursing uniform? Kidding kidding! Hehehehe.

Oh man, 50 plus more days and I will step in with a Staff Nurse uniform! Big responsibility and gotta have good knowledge! Hope all will go well :) And I know it will! Bring it on man! What's doesn't kill me makes me stronger! :D

Do I Have The Best Life?

Slacking at my cousin's mega house right now. Though I am still awed by the indoor water feature, the many number of rooms, the awesome breeze and the resort 'feel' in the house, I still love my life and would never want to exchange lives with my cousin!

Ok, except this cousin who owns an iPad and is only 8 this year! I'm using the iPad now too. Heee. Makes me so tempted to get one soon! I just made a list of why on earth I should own an iPad.

Will I have luxury living in the future? Maybe. But as what Dad always say... "You always need to learn how to suffer"

I don't know why, but I have not counted my ang pow money at all. Looks like it's no longer the thing I am so concerned about.

Alright, lunch has started and they're calling me down. To me CNY is all about maintaining contact with your relatives because we get so busy and carried out with our own lives :)
