So we went about looking at the Orthodox Churches and Museums. Bulgaria has a very interesting culture :) Photos ahead!

We had lunch and proceeded to Boyana Church, a very old and well-preserved church high up on a hill. It was my favourite because I like hiking up hills with nature all around. Oh, and I kicked a lot of snow too. Heehee.
The evidence of me stepping on snow!! It is very slippery too!
Me with my new Esprit beanie and scarf! Both costing 6euros. Cheap!
The small chruch was amazing. I had to even bend down to enter. Inside, there were paintings well preserved. It was truely amazing! Too bad, photography was not allowed so I didnt take any photos.
We were too cold to go anywhere else and decided to go back to the hotel. Funny thing, on the way back, we wanted to take a bus back to Sofia City.. My brother asked a stranger if the bus was going and that stranger nodded his head! Then, after sitting in the bus for a long time, we were actually heading towards the wrong direction! Of course my brother could find a alternative way back.

In the hotel, Malcolm insulted that stranger. But then Jian Nong remembered that in Bulgaria, a 'yes' is a shake and a 'no' is a nod. So we all laughed like mad in the room. HAHAHA. So hard to adjust the nodding and shaking. Haha.
For dinner, we went to hotel's restarunt. Good food! Hot Chocolate is my new favourite drink! :D

Tomorrow is going to be a long day! Going to take the sleeping train again to Istanbul, Turkey. Hope it'll be a safe one. Bet the CNY holidays are over and it's back to normal life for you guys! Haha.

But I just wanna say there's no place like home! I miss home! :( Wonder how are all my friends doing, not doing the usual talks and meet ups. Argh.
