Actually, I wanted to wait for them to post my group photo onto their multiply website so that I can show you my classmates for the 3 years but I doubt they will do it until like, next week or something? So, sorry, no photos for this post again! Haaah.
Anyway, orientation was super duper fun! The best thing is that I made new friends and I can really talk to most of them! The day started with some presentation at the auditorium. I SAT AL THE SAME PLACE FOR THE WHOLE THEE HOURS. Could not sit still at all. My group, NR0811 was assigned to sit allllll the wayyyyyy in front and we all had to lift up our heads to see the screen and ouch, my neck really, really hurts :/
After that we had lunch followed by games... I am proud to say that our group is really sporting, enthuastic and not spoil sports :D We practically clapped and cheered for everything done well :D There are people in the group with their different cliques already, but still alright lah, we were more or less still mixing around :) I could talk to almost everyone! Just maybe not some of the malay girls? Because they kinda sticked among themselves... At least I could talk to those plus-sized basketball girls(reminded me of a friend, doreen), some of the malay girls, the china students(due to mixing around with the chinese during my oriental work), those quiet chinese girls and a st Gab guy with a malay guy xD
There was a station game where we had to play taboo.. Hehe, I guessed most of the words and I was so paiseh after guessing correctly the words continusly! :P So ta-dah! Imma proooooo in guessing words. Hehe, TABOO QUEEN!
One of the girl, Pei Qing, that I got to stick with most of time is really nice :D We have so much in common which includes the subject combination we took for O levels, the points we scored, and most importantly, the passion we both have(becos 2/3 of the peeps tool nursing as they had no choice)! Yay!
I liked my parents naming me 'Maria' as almost all of them know my easy peasy name :D But I started to hate my parents naming me 'Maria' as my group started shouting my name, making me blush... Pffft.
So yes, orientation day was a blast and I can't wait for school to start on Monday! Yipee!
I wish I am somewhere else right now rather than being at home :(
Had you ever wish for something so badly, the thing comes to you and yet, you dont want it anymore? :/ Hmmm, it is not that I do not want.. It is just that I dont think I deserve that? I dont know! Argh!
