I guess I have never hated anyone that much in my life, until I met the director of the upcoming musical I might or might not be involved. Well, if YOU or your dogs happen to chance upon this, TOO BAD! I didn't mention names! Lah lah lah. So you can't do anything about it!
Anyway, there are many reasons why I hate him... First impression counts. I think no matter what your status is, you need to be humble and modest. ESPECIALLY if you're meeting people for the first time. And you need to learn how to respect people before people can respect you. That means not being rude. Rude as in to apologise if you pronounce people's name wrongly, to at least recognise people if they are a singer or a dancer. A student or an alumni. You are working with these people. For heaven's sake please get to know them! And don't expect young adults to greet you like primary school kids greeting their primary school teacher. And please don't use whistles. It's bloody rude. Gosh! Do I need to teach you all these?
Next, as an ARTISTIC DIRECTOR(yes you like to emphasise so much on that), please know what on earth you are doing. Be realistic. Don't be ambitious. If you think a certain item is too complex in terms of setting up and collaborating, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT INCLUDING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! Hello! You should be professional enough to make such judgments. Don't just happily take the item out after people put in effort and time to practice!
Also, please know what you WANT TO DO. Don't come out with complex concepts of shit. Talk talk and talk. And then ask the dancers to choreograph the steps on their own, in the end asking them to scrape their idea and do something else. We don't have time! Do I even need to teach you time management?
I also find it very funny that you praise yourself if some new fusion is implemented. The fact is, we've done it before. So don't think that you're a genius because of your split second inspiration. In the end, I don't see that used in the musical. In fact, I can't see anything properly formed up yet in the musical!
I sincerely hope that you get kicked out. You have too much ego and you are really full of yourself. You need to wake up your idea. Don't say in the professional world, an item has to be taken out due to certain circumstances. YA, the circumstance of your POOR planning. Mister, in the real world, no one eliminates an item unless it sucks big time or it doesn't work out. But the fact is that you have never even heard it before. Hello. People practice hard for it okay. Other people have their dignity okay. In my professional world, if you are a lousy director, YOU SHOULD BE KICKED OUT.
I cannot be polite anymore! I will not be polite to you anymore. You offend me again, and I will knock sense into you. I don't care who you are. And it irritates me that you need to boast about going to Germany(i will ask Malcolm to snipe you down) or Europe over the weekend or whatever. Ha!! Europe is a continent! Want to hao lian, hao lian the city you are going to!!! Don't even know your Geography. Well, I hope with the flights you are having frequently, your plane will crash, all other passengers will survive but you will perish!
Don't tell me that my students can't commit. WE ACCOMMODATE TO YOUR TIME. There will never be perfect attendance unless we get paid for it. You get paid for it. That's why you and your dogs are present. I spotted one chi hwa hwa actually. You better watch your face :)
Enough said. Thinking of you already ruins my life!
