Just came back from another week of Life On Track! Next week will be the actual thing, which I won't be running in. Hehehe. But hey, you got to give me credit that I did come for the past 2 runs. Well, I was kinda motivated :D
Okay, I didn't exactly run the whole track. I just jog-walked fast enough to make my heart and lungs work. Then, I trained on my breathing! And started doing lip thrills and hummed along. It's like I'm so determined to condition my muscles!
So, on the day of my singing lessons every alternate Thursday, I shall make myself jog around the neighbourhood! And then during my lessons, tadah! I can sing out for so long without losing breath!!! Yay me!
Sheryne!! The ultimate sports person!! It'll be so so great if our expedition can happen! So fun!
