Tomorrow!

That's it! I have no more mood to pack now! But I'm more or less ok lah. Well, the reason of my moody-ness is that I can't find my hard drive containing all my digital photographs. I would wanna update it from my laptop before I leave as I'm afraid that this lappy would crashe when I return. Ahhh! Anybody, help!! You can come over to my house to help me find if you want. Haha. But I took 2 nights to search my whole house but no use :( And Mommy has been constantly blaming me for my carelessness and at gets me more irritated and moody :(:(

Well, on a lighter note, today was my last day at OTTO! Finally, no more waking up early, no more freezing in the air-con and no more thinking of always what to wear!!! But I'm sure I'll miss everyone there! All the Aunties and Uncles have been so nice to me :)

For lunch, we went to Kushin-Bo for lunch... It was a treat from on of the Uncles! :D

The soup is super hot and nice! :D I burnt my tongue :(

The dessert was also fab! Cute cute mini donuts.For the last 4 days, I needed to bring my lappy to do some computer work... Of course I took the chance to be online the whole day! Muahahaha.Celebrated the birthday people for the month, the month before and the month after. The scene was so funny and I kept laughing. Hehe. You know lah, all the stern face adults suddenly becoming cheery and funny.
I was given the biggest because I was the youngest. After buffet, eat choco banana cake. So fattening!!! Argh! And I ate ba kua after that. Wahahaha.Can you see the faddish rainbow? Sorry ah, lousy camera. Haha. But it was so beautiful! Even without my spectacles, I could see the rainbow cleary. Usually people look upwards.. Now I just look out and see a beautiful rainbow liao! Magnificent! Can you see the pot of gold? Hahaha.Ok, this is also one of the treats one of the Uncle gave yesterday. My 1st time trying a freshly baked donut from Donut Factory! The fudge or whatever you call that was not even dry and it tasted so hot! You can see the reflection of the light. Ah! Perfect!

So like I'm so happy I need not work anymore :P But also happy that I've learnt so many things. Well, the most important thing I've learnt is to always think efficient. Like if you think another method is a faster way, do not hesitate to change!

I am very sure I will come back if they organise any events and of course if my Dad goes. Haha. Actually they have an event at Batam side, but I can't make it :(

Ok, back to packing now. And also continue the search of my dear hard drive!! It's driving me nuts! :D

3 More Days

I didn't have the intention to blog until the day of my departure, just to give you guys a lil surprise and anticipation. But Mr Malcolm Boey commented that my blog was too boring thus he sent me some photos and forced me to post here. He wants to see how excited am I. WHOOOOOOPEEEEEEEEE! (no, it is not sacarsm)

Ever heard of "somethingsomething* till the cows come home? Yes, this is the reason. "MOOO!"See the resemblance? They're equally, FAT!Ahaha, since young, my Brother loves being sucked by cows. Right now, I'm stuffing what I can into my luggage. Poor me, become postgirl already... Must bring so many things to my Brother. And my room is in chaos! I didnt know I have to do so many things when travelling. I thought just sit aeroplane and take off. Haha.

Malcolm, ARE YOU HAPPY!? Thanks to you, I think people will start hating me cos I'm showing off too much. (So friends, I hope you'll understand and continue to love me) I won't blog till Friday!! So byebye! :D

At Work

No I am not using my new toy but my lappy!!! :D Time sure passes quickly when you have distractions while working :P I think I am super not efficient today. But so what? It's not 4th last day and I dont mind them firing me! The people are nice, no doubt. But the work is BORING!!! Well, if you think your character is similiar to mine, NEVER CHOOSE AN OFFICE JOB! And I'm freezing right now.

Now, I am SERIOUSLY excited about my trip! Departing this Friday! Arghh!! And how did all these started? A simple chat with my Brother over Skype and me taking the initiative to book the flight online myself! 3 things why I'm excited...

1. Can sit aeroplane!
2. Setting my foot on Europe, finally!
3. Can see my brother after 1.5 years!

That's him, setting his foot on an icy lake! And look at the beauitful maple leaves lying on the ice! How can I be not excited? Heeh. I wish I won't grow as fat as him though.

Well, 4 more days!!! Continue to pray for me!! :D

Few More Days

A medley of German folksong. Do bother to watch the entire video because I personally enjoy it! Watched it upteen times already. Heeeh. Well, if you are not that patient fast forward to 2:30 and hear my favourite song! :D I like it when the people sway vigrously to their left and right.

"euuu-hooo!"

Well, today had my last service before I will miss 6 weeks worth of service! :( Also, went for PM after service... Intially, I needed to leave half way to meet my parents, but as I was just outside the hall, I was reminded that it was my last time there in expo hall 8!!! And there was something pulling me back to the hall.

True enough, after the whole PM, we suddenly sang "We're a family that loves"

Everything ended, I just sat there, recalling my lovely cg and some other people and started to cry like a lost kid. People began to ask me why I cried, I told them and they gave that "Awwwww" reaction and I cried even more. LOL. But not so pathetic lah, cos I was giggling at the same time.

So I'll really, really miss you guys! Mind you it's 5 weeks! :(

An Ordinary Post

Well, I was just looking through my archives... I felt that in the past I would blog about everything under the sun.. Now, I only blog about the happening things... So now I'm gonna share my ordinary day here!

Today, work as usual. The Aunties and Uncles started asking me about my results and I replied, "Ok only lah" then show them a piece of paper which I wrote in the bus on the way to work. Didnt want to repeat saying my grades over and over again. So I just shuffed the piece of paper to those who asked me. LOL. All of them had the same reply... "Ok what." I think EVERYONE I told had the "Ok what" comment. Including the teacher and my other school friends. Hahaha. Ok what.

I was fighting a stong battle. Yawn!! And my stomach was grumbling as I didnt have any breakfast. I kept doing work with my face rested on my palm. Finally, it was lunch time!! Woot!

Didn't have the intention to join them actually cos I would rather stay in the office but I was sooooo hungry! We all went to Kallang Airport. It was my 1st time there. The uncles were so nice. Bought so much food and didnt expect us to pay back. One of them even said, "This is how you enjoy your working life..." Hmmm, I'll take note of that. Haha.

Went back to the office. I could not stand it. I was even more tired! So I went to the toilet and had a 15 minute snooze. Felt better and could work faster after that. Haha. Then I was the 1st to leave the office... LOL. I mean I'm underpaid lah! So I deserve to leave 1st, I don't care. Hmph.

So now I am at home... Heeh. There's no place like home because I have a bed to sleep on! Should be sleeping early tonight, to refrain myself from sleeping in the toilet again.

Tomorrow will be an exciting day! Last service and cgm before I leave and Dr A R Benard!!! I believe it's gonna be really great! Woot!

Results

Glad the school did well. Esp our batch. Hope we together did the school proud!! We must always keep Mrs Kee smiling! :DDDDDDDD Btw, tomorrow the school's given a half day, BECOS OF US!!

Not much comments. Didn't do badly, neither did I think I did very well. But well, there were some grades that were quite surprising! :D

English- B4 (no comment)
Humans- B3 (Didnt expect so much, as I failed in prelims but felt confident after the actual paper!)
E.Maths- A2 (Yay! I improved from a B3!)
A.Maths- B4 (Prelim was a F9. WOW!!!)
Science- B3 (thought actually I would get a C5)
D and T- B3 (disappointing one, sorry Mr Tan :\)
Chinese- C6 (YESHH! Got D7 the previous time)

Congrats to PeiXian for her 4 As with 3 B3s!! And JiaHui and Auggie too for doing so well!! Auggie, you win already lor, you are officially a better student than me. I admit defeat. Sigh.

Felt sorry for some students who didn't do well and are not able to get into the courses they wanted. But I'm sure there's always a light at the end of the tunnel yeah? Scully I work for you or something like that. Haha.

Thanks for all who have gave me the encouragement... Esp Aunty Christine :) Thanks for sticking by my side always even though my results dont concern you at all. HAHAA -___- Of course the teachers (too many to describe... but I know one teacher... MISS NGIAM!!!) for all the effort in you've put in to help us students! Not forgetting my friends like PeiXian(top student), Michelle(3rd in faculty), ShiJie(3As) and Eugene(3As), who did study with me at times! :) Now you see why I'm kinda disappointed... The people I mugged with all did so well. But, nevermind!! :D

Special credit to Attan too, for helping me so much in both Maths. He really helped me a lot. We would call each other up the night before every math paper and would discuss the formula and stuff. THANK YOU BOY! :D You did well too, having A1 for E.maths and A2 for A.Maths! Yeahh!

Well, I believe I got this kind of results for a reason. My life is already pre-destined. I know that something's greater for me in life!! The most important thing to me is to constantly stay positive! (^_^)V

Alright, I think I feel less confident in blogging, due to the not so fantastic English grade :/

Lunch or dinner treats are welcome too, to encourage me. WHAHAHA.

Frustrated

Today I checked my bank account and received my pay of X dollars. I was thinking to myself, my fingers with dead skin all over, blisters from handling all the papers, black eye rings and the skipping of lunches. Welcome to the working world, full of suffering(of course you'll enjoy your job if you have the passion!).

As I got back home, my mom started giving me things that she had bought for my trip. Namely, another lip gloss when I already had 2. I was so fed-up that I started shouting. And also started blaming her for the "waste money events" that took place because of her. Knowing that it is THAT hard to earn precious money, I have become so sensitive...

Something is wrong with me, indeed. Probably is just a lil stress and axienty within me, due to the release of the 'O' level results. I mean, who's not nervous, scared, worried or whatever word that describes it.

I miss those late night talks for hours.

All these will only exist in my dreams from now on. Time to dream once again......

My Travel Plans

Many people have been asking me where exactly will I be going and all that... Well, last night I had a chat with my Brother and we double confirmed EVERYTHING liao!! Hehee! So, I'm gonna give you guys a sneek peek! Hmm, in other words, I'm showing off... BUT WHO'S NOT EXCITED WHEN SHE'S GOING AWAY SOON IN 12 DAYS TIME?!?!?!?!?! Ahhh!

Ok, first stop, Mannhiem, Germany... The place where my Brother is currently studying. Over there, I should be going to some other states with my coussie who is studying in Switzerland, but not sure where. Let my Bro bring me around. Haha. Next stop, Salzburg, Austria... For those who watched the famous movie, "The Sound Of Music" before, I will be taking their exclusive tour, where I will be going to the places where they exactly flimed the movie. Cool! I'm going there alone a my Brother needs to study for his exam.
Then, I will return back to Mannhiem just nice on 6th Feb. Should be having reunion dinner with him! However his exam is on the 7th... So needa have dinner quickly, provided he really studies. HAHA. Then, Chinese New Year 2nd day we will make our way to Greece with one of his schoolmates in the uni.
Then to Turkey, spending our Valentine's Day there. Haah! Romantic!! :PA YouTube clip in Turkey.. MUST WATCH!!

We'll all return to Mannhiem again... My Brother will fly to Morocco, Africa with his friend and I'll be going to London, England! Alone again! But I'll be meeting 2 friends :D Really nice of them to host me. Finally, I can go to London, once again. Ahhhh.Jing Wei, your favourite. HAHA! Scornes. Don't know if they are spelt correctly.In Piccadilly Circus... I have a poster of this place in my room if those who came before have noticed.Then, a night train I will take to Edinburgh, Soctland! My dad used to study here and my family visited him once. Hmmm, let's hope I can remember the place...Pretty bus! So vintage! Haha.

Return to London and I'll return to Mannhiem. I will take a night flight back to Singapore Changi Airport and return on the 9th of March at 0615hours.

I'm sure I'll miss all of you guys! :( Oh, do remember to pray for me alright? Pray that it'll not rain throughout the trip. Yup, that's about it. Gonna meet my lover now! :DD

Doing it all Alone

It looks like I have to go by my own way, all alone. I know, it's hard, yet I don't want it to look fake. I just want the littlest attention.

Going overseas alone is good. Able to live my own life, depend on myself. Hope I'll be a changed person. And when I return, I would be a girl who is not so dependant on the person she loves dearly. I know I'm sensitive, but really, who can I turn to?

Well, I believe after this negative/bad situation I'm going through now, there'll be something to bring me up! [refers to good O level results!]

Maybe it aint that bad, I just need time for myself. Vanishing from everybody for 5 weeks! Away from everybody and all alone...

High Life

Hoho, today I went to "Hai Tian Lo" @ Pan Pacific for lunch. Heard from my Dad that I was invited my the Chairman :D But not sure if it's true. And way, the bunch of people from the company were there to entertain clients from overseas. Took the lift which overlooks Singapore. Quite scary I must say. SiShi will be scared. Haha. Imagine if the lift drops, byebye!

The food was fantastic! :D Better then the Italian Restarurant at club street(forgot the name) I had it on Christmas eve as sort of a company lunch :D

Wow, working here indeed makes me fatter!! Ok, I "ate snake" today too. I was sooooo tired that I decided to go to the toilet and had a 10 minute nap. Oops! But I was really dying okay! Not as if there's so much work to do. Besides, I was slacking the last 2 hours by packing some files. I was told to take my time somemore. The remaining 30mins I had nothing to do. Wonder what I am going to do tomorrow.

Looks like I'm getting more and more spoilt. Urgh.

Beauty World The Musical

Few months back, I've been wanting to watch. Went to Raffles Place and saw their advertisment at the big screen. I was so engrossed with the ad that I actually bump into someone! Paiseh, paiseh.




Yesterday, I watched Beauty World at the Esplande with the lovely company of Christine and Eileen jiejie! It was the 2nd local musical I was watching(1st was Chang and Eng). Anyway, I enjoyed the play very much! :)



The prolouge already blew me off. Elena Wang aka Ivy Chan Poh Choo had a superb voice and more of a British accent compared to the other people in the cast. I like! Ahhh, I hope my kind of life will be like hers one day :D I didn't know winner of jue dui superstar II, Daren Tan was in the cast. I didn't even realised it was him, even after shaking hands and taking a photo with him after the whole show. I realised it was him only on the way home, while listening to the CD when Christine jiejie told me about him -___- So much for being a "superstar" or am I just a frog in the well? Haha. Seesh, dont even remember how he looked like.



Back to the musical, I think everything was good! The actors, choreography, props, settings and most importantly the music! Oh ya, I think the seats were not bad even though we only got the tickets like the day before the show. Haha.

The ending was fab! It kept my feet tapping. The entire cast sang "Beauty World" and danced the Cha-cha. I miss ballroom dancing :(
